SFAA is proud to present Bob Hartman on “Help I’m not in a Scrum role”.
Our company is transitioning to using Scrum, and during your research about it you have become concerned because you don’t see a description for anything that is close to the role you currently hold. Panic and fear start to set in. What should you do when you are faced with this situation? Or how can you help others that are in this situation? Bob will work through several possibilities, all of which are based on situational agile leadership. Are you a leader? Then you need this session to help understand your role in a healthy agile transformation. Are you another role which is not a Scrum team role, but also not generally a leadership role? Then you need this session to not only understand where your position may fall, but also to understand how agile leaders should be helping you through this transition.
Bob Hartman: is the Vice Chairman of the Board for Scrum Alliance, founder of Agile For All, and one of the most liked certified scrum trainers. Bob has inspired many agilists around the world, don’t miss this opportunity as he visits us from Colorado and talk about the hot topic of roles not in Scrum! What happens to my role?
