BizTalk Users Group

The South Florida BizTalk User Group (BTUG) is an independent, non-commercial user group focused on Microsoft BizTalk®. Join the South Florida BTUG community to learn and meet those who may be working on similar projects, achieving great success. Guest speakers from Microsoft and cutting-edge technology companies are featured at each meeting to showcase the latest releases, demos and client projects.

The user group holds meetings on alternate months. Meetings are held at New Horizons Fort Lauderdale Office in Plantation, Florida as well as possible alternative sites based on participating hosts and sponsors.


The Mission of The Advocacy Committee of ICoast CIO Council is to promote, supplement and influence the educational content and delivery of class room and extracurricular material to enhance the educational quality of [LAC] Business Technology students. “Educational Quality” is based on the business needs of companies in the South Florida market with specific interest in the Information Technology management and staff.

The audience of the Advocacy Committee are South Florida Colleges and Universities and their Business Technology students. The input to the audience spans technical and business skills and career paths that are essential for the “modern” Business Technology professional. The committee’s mission is achieved through collaboration with colleges and universities and students through the support and active participation of the iCoastCIO Council membership.


Cloud Security Alliance – SFL chapter

The Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) is a not-for-profit organization with a mission to promote the use of best practices for providing security assurance within Cloud Computing, and to provide education on the uses of Cloud Computing to help secure all other forms of computing. The Cloud Security Alliance is led by a broad coalition of industry practitioners, corporations, associations and other key stakeholders.

DotNetMiami is a group of developers that are passionate about technology. They primarily focus on Microsoft technologies but are open minded to other platforms and ways of thought. Our Chapter was chartered as the 33rd chapter of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association®

WITI was founded to help women advance by providing access to – and support from – other professional women working in all sectors of technology.

Lesley Frohman serves as a director of WITI is the web’s largest source of XML Examples and was developed by a local computer geek, David Silverlight. If you have any programming questions, his forum is a great place to get them answered.
