It’s finally here! After 9 weeks of planning and hard work, a dedicated team of South Florida Tech Professionals has pulled together an event that normally would be 9 months in the making. Our host, NSU’s Graduate School of Computer and Information Sciences has been incredible and Levenle’s experience with event planning and coordination has been invaluable.
We have attracted over 60 User Groups, 47 Industry Sponsors and 40 prominent industry presenters. In addition we will be supporting 4 charities to the tune of $21,000 in cash and gifts. To my fellow Organizing Committee members and on behalf of the entire South Florida Tech Community, I say a huge Thank You – You are Rock Stars!
Remember to bring your Eventbrite Tickets, your unwrapped new toys for the Toys for Tots drive, and cash for parking, food & beverages.

Stephanie Sylvestre a Real Leader in Community Empowerment by Stephanie Sylvestre
I am not sure how to begin this message because there is so much joy and excitement coursing through my veins! I spend a lot of time trying to figure out how to get people to form great teams so that they can do amazing and incredible things and with the help of the Habitat staffers, board of directors and DD Eisenberg, the ‘Women Build of Miami’ has become an incredible team that does amazing things. Not sure if you saw the Miami Herald on Thursday where the women build program was featured on the front page! While I had to wait a few days to see the article because I was in Haiti as a team member for the Women Build team as part of the Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project & Habitat International, I was really excited to see the article.
I pray that you have the best holiday season ever and remind everyone that you still have time to donate to Habitat
