We are looking for a Full-stack Web Application Developer to support, update, and write software and utilities that meet client and company requirements and maintain web servers’ stability.   
The Developer may work with multiple programming languages and operating systems.   
Responsibilities include designing, writing, maintaining, supporting, debugging, implementing, and improving the source code that makes up the application performance and interfaces.   
The Developer may also be responsible for designing and developing new applications to automate manual tasks or writing new reports using Informer or SQL Database.   
The Developer maintains internal and external applications with special focus on the self-service components used to support clients, company and department objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recognize customer needs and create new applications of features that answer those needs.
  • Communicate ideas clearly to teammates and management 
  • Good customer service skills to answer questions and fix issues
  • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality services to our users.
  • Possess understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
  • Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code.
  • Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines
  • Invent new ways of approaching problems and developing innovative applications.
  • Download and apply patches and upgrades of the vendor provided applications and keep up with new releases and install new releases during the off-business hours
  • Perform unit and integration testing before launch
  • Conduct functional and non-functional testing
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications
  • Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update, and add new features
  • Support all API integrations including Salesforce integration by reviewing Apex classes in Salesforce.
  • Write queries to meet client’s datafeed requests.
  • Coordinate and becomes a liaison between company and vendors.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years combined equivalent work experience and education.
  • Expert database design, APIs, back-end server development, open source projects, frameworks in .Net environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools.
  • Ability to program in programming language such as C#, Java(J2EE), Node.js, Angular JS, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, T-SQL, Apex, etc.
  • Experience using Soap API or REST API

The Reporting team is looking for a BI (Business Intelligence) Analyst to join their growing team of BI and Analytics and Reporting Professionals, on-site, in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a full time/perm position that pays 80K – 90K in salary plus benefits. 

The BI (Business Intelligence) Analyst's primary responsibility will be to provide Data Analytics and Reporting to the various functions across the organization. This includes implementing solutions for optimizing and automating existing reporting as well as leveraging Business Intelligence reporting tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, or SQL Studio to create and monitor KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and Operational Metrics. 
This role is critical to fuel data-driven culture and to help make informed business decisions.

Essential & Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop reporting assets that provide consistent, reliable and automated delivery of data
  • Work with end-users and developers to define data requirements and structure for Business Intelligence (BI) applications.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to set clear business KPIs and build dashboards that provide timely and strategic insights
  • Manage life cycle of new analytics from assessment, initiation, development, staging, production, and institutionalization and works independently on end to end solutions, from data investigation to visual dashboards
  • Proficient with tools such as SQL Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy to produce, maintain, develop, and enhance routine reports, new reports, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Maintain and support existing metrics, KPIs, reports and dashboards, troubleshoot production issues and performance tuning
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and report findings and make recommendations to company leadership.
  • Responsible for accessing, validating, and querying data from data repositories using available tools (including SQL, Power BI).

Growing HR Software company in Fort Lauderdale, FL is looking for a part-time, remote API (Applicaton Programming Interface) Integration Specialist to work part time on an as needed basis. 
This is an excellent opportunity for an established Contractor with a book of business that would like to take on another client for long term work assignments. This role would also be good for someone with a full time job, who could handle side work, working from home on their own schedule. 
This HR Software company using C#, .Net and SQL Technology, offers API Integrations to their new and existing clients and needs an API Integrations Specialist to take care of this on an ad-hoc, as needed basis. The average API Integration should take about 6- 8 weeks, working part time.  

The API Integration Specialist will be responsible for enabling the interaction between Data, Applications, and Devices to ensure the seamless functioning of Client Enterprise Systems. 


  • Strong API Integration of Enterprise Systems 
  • Able to work as a Contractor at least 15-20 hours per week
  • Ideal candidate will have experience performing numerous integrations of various systems

  • 5-10+ years recent development experience with Transact-SQL
  • SQL Server 2012 or later versions preferred

Web Development

The Lead QA Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, design and execution of System Testing on simple to complex implementations. 

The Lead QA Analyst works collaboratively within the IT department and business units to execute and validate Test Cases based upon system requirements. 


  • Develop Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts and Test Reports on multiple projects of varying sizes
  • Review URD's (User Requirements Documents) to ensure requirements are testable
