Senior Test Automation Engineer
General Position Description
We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to design automating solutions for our SaaS Enterprise platform. This engineer will have a passion to innovate and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of the current systems, including system integrations, business rules and flows.
- Develop, maintain and execute automated test cases.
- Define test automations scope, help improve and automate test strategies, and software configurations.
- Establish and promote testing guidelines, methodologies, and standards.
- Document and troubleshoot bugs.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, release managers, developers and QA to develop effective strategies and test plans.
- Participate in and perform code reviews.
- Participate in technical feature reviews.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or closely related field.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- 6+ years experience writing and maintaining test automation scripts.
- Experience working with browser based test automation frameworks and tools such as Katalon, Selenium, MS UI automation, QTP UFT, JUnit, NUnit, SoapUI.
- Experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Strong experience with unit testing and integration testing.
- Excellent understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices, including tools such as Git/Bitbucket, Docker, Jenkins, SonarQube, Jira.
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on the success of the team over the individual.
Bonus Skills:
- Understanding of web development technologies such as PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Node, HTML, CSS, Angular is a big plus.
- Experience with SQL, Postgres, MongoDB is a plus.
- Strong experience with TDD is a plus.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and / or travel industry booking systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
The IT Support Services Manager is a technical management position responsible for daily and strategic planning, operation, administration, monitoring and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and enterprise applications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist with development and maintenance of formal HelpDesk, NOC, and Site Support Desktop knowledgebase, policies and procedures for consistency and increased productivity.
- Analyze and provide metrics to assist in improving all IT support areas.
- Analyze Help Desk, NOC, and Site Support trends and provide continuous improvement and flexibility of the support function to assure service exceeds end user expectations.
- Improve the efficiency of the Help Desk, NOC, and Site Support Specialist by arranging and/or presenting training sessions.
- Improve the employee performance, efficiency and productivity by continuous coaching.
- Review technician tickets daily for accuracy, policy adherence, and feedback opportunities.
- Evaluate the performance of team through several statistical and reporting methods and models.
- Execute proper methodologies to improve call resolutions, manage customers’ individual perceptions and develop strong and stable internal relationships.
- Develop and distribute of IT reports and metrics.
- Manage all Service Desk related projects, providing regular updates to the project stakeholders.
- Ensure technician adherence to company and IT policies and procedures.
- Emergency escalation point for major issues, including after-hours and weekend on call rotation.
- Responsible for managing the schedule for all shifts on the Help Desk and NOC as well as technician PTO requests, sick days, travel to facilities, and any other event that requires the schedule to be altered.

IT Security Engineer
OVERVIEW/GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION
The IT Security Engineer configures, implements, monitors and problem-solves security tools and processes for the protection of company computer systems, networks and information.
The position coordinates assessment, investigation, and reporting of security incidents to ensure the company knows as much as possible, as quickly as possible; and develops technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.
The position also contributes to information security policy maintenance; assists with design of security policy education, training, and awareness activities; and monitors compliance with Company security policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws. The position will work collaboratively with IT security custodians, Support Services, Application Development, Compliance Office, Facilities, Human Resources, Operations, and Client resources to monitor, assess, and fine-tune business continuity and disaster recovery programs, perform network penetration tests, vulnerability assessment scans and risk assessment reviews to maintain HIPAA Security Rule and PCI compliance.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a system security engineer or information security engineer
- Experience in building and maintaining security systems
- Detailed technical knowledge of database and operating system security
