Full Time/In Office. The Web Developer will lead a small team of three Developers in maintaining and enhancing several retail websites, our company website, and some back-end integrations.
Responsibilities:
Provide programming leadership
Assigning tasks to the development team
Creating programming standards
Creating and implementing a shared coding environment
Web and Integration Development
Mentoring and training Jr. Developers
Taking “Ownership” of client-facing sites and maintaining 24/7 availability of sites

Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in an information technology discipline
3-5 years minimum required experience in PHP/Java/MySQL technologies
Experience in e-commerce web development
Experience in back-end API and EDI development (desired)
Experience leading a small team (desired)
Excellent command of English
Ability to work in a friendly but responsive organization where change is a constant
