The 4th annual ITPalooza 2015 – ITP15 – is a mega-event encompassing a lot of activities and opportunities. It would be easy to simply wonder around all afternoon and not really benefit from the whole experience. First decide which event/events you want to attend and make sure you’ve got your tickets (remember FREE registration for ITP15 with Toys for Tots Drive tickets). ITPalooza 2015 consists of 3 events offering different experiences and opportunities for learning and networking.

Print ‘n display the parking pass for the day of your event. We’ll be posting parking passes as soon as they are issued by NSU’s Parking Authority.
The Toy Wall, A symbol of joy and hope!
Every Year, with your support, ITPalooza donates thousands of Dollars to the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation. Since the inaugural ITPalooza in in 2012, we’ve donated $85,000 worth of toys and $120,000 in total charitable donations.
The toy wall is also a fantastic photo-op for you and your team – click away and share some memories.

Tracks and Sessions
Each track consist of 4 session starting on the hour from 1pm through 5pm. Visit the schedule and use the selection filters to help you plan the sessions you’d like to attend.
FREE MTA Testing
If you are just starting your IT career path or are looking to enhance your understanding of IT fundamentals, MTA will validate your core knowledge. ITPalooza offers FREE MTA practice and exams starting at 1:00pm, taking place in well equipped computer labs. Practice, Room 3029, Exams, Room 2020.
Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) is a recommended entry point into IT certification and job preparation. Pass just one exam and you’ll earn a certification, taking your first step toward a career in technology. If you are just starting your IT career path or are looking to enhance your understanding of IT fundamentals, MTA will validate your core knowledge. MTA is an optional industry-recognized certification for those pursuing a career path in IT infrastructure, database design, or software development using Microsoft technologies.
You can earn an MTA certification in one of the following tracks, depending on your interests and career goals:
- Start with MTA Software Development Fundamentals then select added tracks
- MTA IT infrastructure—desktop or server infrastructure or private cloud computing
- MTA database—data platform administration or business intelligence
- MTA development—software developer, helps prepare you for hands-on product training and MCSD certification
Hiring Fair
Hire or be hired. Starting at 1:00pm, the ITP15 Hiring Fair showcases 25 of the regions top employers and recruiting firm. Bring copies of your CV, chat to the recruiters and kick-off a new career.
Vendor Exhibit
Featuring top vendors from across South Florida, the Vendor Exhibit is a fantastic networking opportunity as well as a chance to learn about new technologies from industry experts.
Tech Groups
Each year, the regions top tech groups get together at ITPalooza. We have a Tech Group exhibit where you can meet the movers and shakers in the South Florida tech community.
ITPalooza After Dark
After Dark is when we put the ‘Palooza’ in ITPalooza. Everyone is invited to join us for an evening of networking, music, food and refreshments.
Presentation Ceremony
The presentation ceremony is the bridge between IT and the Palooza! Following a great day of learning, networking and sharing.
