WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2026, 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM & 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: PARTNER LUNCH

Claim Your Future is led by the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance in partnership with Broward County Public Schools and brings employers and professionals together with 1,200 Broward County 11th-grade students who are starting to explore career pathways. The event takes place on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise from 8:30-11:30 AM. The focus of Claim Your Future is early, meaningful exposure. Students have direct conversations with working professionals at the moment they are forming ideas about careers, education, and opportunity. These interactions consistently make a difference in how students see themselves and what makes their learning relevant.

Participation for this invitation would be through mock interviews. These are short, first-round style conversations where professionals help students practice introductions, talk through interests, and build confidence engaging in professional settings. Anyone willing to share real experience and perspective is a strong fit. For companies representing high-wage, career-pathway roles, the event also includes a showcase table. These tables are designed for employers to speak on professional career trajectories, required skills, and long-term opportunities, giving students early exposure to where education and experience can realistically lead.

If this is something you would be interested in participating in, I would welcome that involvement. And if there are others in your network doing similar work who may be a good fit, I would appreciate your help in sharing the opportunity with them as well. Participation can be confirmed using this registration form: https://forms.gle/cHApaWN7AWKf4tZS6

What’s Your “Special Sauce”? – Takeaway #3

Connect Any Data To Any Audience – Takeaway #4

Many believe communicating highly complex, technical, or analytical information is an industry-specific skill set. It’s not. Regardless of your industry, there’s a common reason why your audience will, or will not, care about your message.

About The Facilitator:

Anthony Vincent Bova is a non-traditional communications specialist who addresses the most challenging communication obstacles, provides solutions, and turns communication challenges into opportunities for success.

He is a recognized expert in “blueprinting” his clients’ communication process and, in real-time, facilitates a personalized solution that is tailored to instantly address and gradually eliminate their specific communication blocks and challenges.

Typically, his clients are in STEM, Sales, Management, and C-Suite that need to communicate highly technical, analytical or complex information to a broad audience.

His impact has been universal, with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses to entrepreneurs who have greatly benefitted from Anthony’s approach. After working with Anthony, his clients are more trusted, their relationships strengthened, and they are viewed with a higher level of credibility and confidence — but, more importantly, they are able to communicate their message with a higher level of influence and impact.
