Responsibilities Include:
- Loading Tickets for trucking dispatch logistics
- Import data from quarry scale system
- Integrate data from load shipments, for quarry to destination drop
- High attention to detail needed
- The right candidate will need good problem solving and MS Excel skills
- Some accounting background will be a plus
- Analyze all factors for accuracy.
- Review and report on all activity within the department.
Bonus Skills: Excel, Internal Web Software, AI Engine, and OCR Engine and integrates, (system build in C# MVC SQL & Stored Procs)
Fastweigh Software: Accounting knowledge valuable, Dynamics GP a plus, the system turns tickets into invoices on the sales side and generates payable transactions for the vendors.
