About the Speaker:

This workshop is led by Andrea Misir AKA the Millennial Career Coach. Since 2016, Andrea has helped hundreds of people land jobs paying at LEAST $20,000 more than their previous jobs in at least 3 months. Some of her recent clients (including during 2020,) have gone on to work at Capgemini, Raytheon, Moody’s, and Cisco to name a few.

Andrea has over a decade of experience as a digital marketer, She spent the first part of her career in the ad industry and working on 7-figure Fortune 500 ad campaigns for brands like Sprint, P&G (specifically Olay,) Johnson & Johnson (Desitin baby cream, not the talcum powder or vaccine!) and the second part as a senior marketing leader in some of the largest privately-held healthcare providers based in the Northeast.

She has transferred her marketing experience into career coaching when she was on the other side of the table as a recruiter and hiring manager and through her partnerships with HR leadership in recruitment and retention campaigns, so she brings a deep knowledge of the talent acquisition process to her coaching practice and educates job seekers on what REALLY goes on behind the scenes.
