In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, SQL Server, and Office 365 to enhance our operations. We value familiarity with EDI codes 850, 855, 610, 810, and experience with Business Central is a significant advantage. This position plays a key role in replacing manual processes with innovative automation solutions, thereby boosting business performance. You’ll also provide vital support to our IT Director/Manager by improving process efficiencies and assisting employees with IT systems issues.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Knowledge of Office 365.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Ability to build new connections for EDI relationships with customers and vendors.
- Familiarity with EDI codes 850, 855, 610, 810.
- Familiarity with Business Central would be a plus.
- Integration of data across various operating systems.
- Improving and/or developing reporting platforms to enable management to make more informed decisions and increase business performance.
- Replace manual processes with automation through technology tools.
Support IT Director / Manager:
- Work with the various segments of the company to improve efficiencies in processes.
- Assist all employees with IT systems issues & troubleshooting problems.
- Bi-Lingual: English and Spanish preferred.
Education:
- Degree preferred not required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
