Customer Success Engineer
Our New York City based client is seeing a Customer Success Engineer who will be a product expert, possessing a strategic mind and is customer-service oriented. The CSE will serve as a coach and trusted advisor during the implementation of technical solutions to customers and partners.
Job Description:
- Implementing our client’s customer networks (directly and via partners)
- Providing technical support to customers and partners
- Post-sale project delivery
- Hands-on project management
Skills:
- Experience with customer management
- Experience with LDAP
- Proven experience in security company
- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Windows Server OS
- Excellent communication capabilities
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Knowledge of Information and Data Security concepts
- Knowledge of Network Architecture concepts
Additional Skills:
- Experience with programming
- Experience with Unix and Linux OS
