The father of AI computer programming, John McCarthy once said "We should try to make AI systems as good as children". I’m not entirely sure what he meant by that, but today we celebrate the inventor of LISP’s birthday.
As early as 1961, John proclaimed that computer power and applications could one day be sold through a utility business model like water or electricity. Modern Cloud Computing bears out John’s early thoughts on the matter.
Continuing on the theme, I’m please to announce that the Cloud Security Alliance – South Florida Chapter has its own website. We hope to make the website a resource for all SFL professionals involved in cloud computing.

The Tech Affiliate Program replaces the quarterly user group kits and was created in response to community user groups‘ requests for more choice.
