Leading Fort Lauderdale Health and Wellness Powerhouse is looking for a VoIP Systems Developer to join their growing team of entrepreneurial minded business professionals. As our VoIP Systems Developer, you are responsible for our list of Unified Communications VoIP products. You will not only handle New Development but also a more Modern Development, Quality Assurance, and Operations Integral DevOps role. This role will regularly engage in troubleshooting telecommunications issues relating to everyday VoIP usage but also HTML, JavaScript and Application Programming Interface (APIs) to critically evaluate a problem.

Some Things You Will Be Doing:

  • Assisting in requirements gathering
  • Generating requirements documentation
  • Linux Server Operations, deployment and Performance Monitoring and Shell Scripting
  • Conducting a review of produced HTML and JavaScript
  • Create documentation outlining the design and support of voice products
  • Coding the project and managing the tasks of Co-Developers as well as code review of Co-Developers
  • Performing Load, Performance and Scalability Testing
  • Writing documentation for and performing client training
  • Constant monitoring and improvements on our VoIP Network
  • Supporting existing scripts with new development and performing maintenance tasks
  • Enhance and maintain existing code and participate in design reviews and code reviews with other team members

Requirements: 

  • High proficiency in Open Source Application Development, Implementation and Support of Asterisk and Open SIP's is Required. 
  • Knowledge of GIT (Version Control System) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices
  • Knowledge of Web Sockets and Angular
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Understands responsive design and Bootstrap framework experience
  • Proficiency operating in a pure Linux environment
  • Understanding of third-party API services, both sending and retrieving data
  • Ability to anticipate issues and escalate quickly is a must
  • Ability to use computer and telephony knowledge to asses and/or resolve End-User, Desktop, Server, Platform, and Voice
  • Knowledge of JavaScript ES6
  • Knowledge of SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and its use in VOIP Services
  • Knowledge of Networking with Switches, Routers, Firewalls, IPSs and Security Appliances
  • Understanding of Relational Databases (Percona, MySQL, SQL Server, NO SQL, ODBC)
  • Knowledge of Linux Server Operations, Deployment and Performance Monitoring and Shell Scripting

Desired: 

  • Experience using software applications (like Visio) to build network and telecom diagrams a plus
  • Programming experience with either one: Bash, PHP, Python, Go, or C is a plus

We are looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist to provide User Support. Candidates should have a mix of technical and customer service skills and be passionate about technology and helping people.

The right candidate will be highly proficient with MAC & Windows.

Duties:

  • Act as the liaison between our company and the client
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
  • Handle Tier 1 & 2 help desk escalations mainly through ticket system
  • Follow up with customers, and see all tickets through to timely resolution
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all tickets
  • Create accounts and configure hardware as part of on-boarding process as needed
  • Maintains confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the end-users on the network
  • Investigates user problems and identifies their source; determines possible solutions; tests and implements solutions as appropriate
  • Does basic installs, configurations and maintains personal computers, Windows networks, file servers, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices and systems; adds or upgrades and configures disk drives, printers and related equipment.
  • Assist with network security, including maintaining firewalls, basic configuring VPN, managing host security, file permissions, file system integrity, and adding and deleting users.

Requirements: 

  • Highly skilled in supporting Mac and Windows platforms
  • At least 4 years help desk experience & proven work experience in providing help desk support required
  • Proficiency in English, written and verbal
  • Great troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Great Customer service orientation
  • High School diploma required. AS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or higher desired, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate basic technical information to nontechnical personnel.

We are seeking an IAM Admin / Help Desk Support Specialist to join the on-site support team for a long term contract (6 months to a year) in Irving, TX. This position will support numerous functional groups throughout the company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end user home directory, workgroup files and shared permissions
  • Utilize 3rd party software to create/delete/modify user accounts
  • Create/delete/modify Exchange accounts
  • Grant/remove remote access service
