Are you an experienced Power BI Data Analyst?  Do you like to analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain crucial business metrics?  Do you like working with business users? 

Responsibilities, first 90 days:
 

  • Learn framework and the existing reports to develop new reports
  • Customize and adapt the reports to meet each department’s specific needs
  • Analyze current processes and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and document critical performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics and supply chain processes
  • Connect technical teams and business users to deliver effective solutions

Requirements:

Key Duties:

  • Act as the go-to expert for all things related to the Quantum ERP system.
  • Deliver top-tier support to users, swiftly handling inquiries and resolving intricate technical issues.

  • Tackle complex technical challenges in Quantum ERP, offering solutions for both software and hardware issues.
  • Liaise with software developers to address and rectify system bugs or shortcomings.

  • Experience with Oracle and SQL databases is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Deep understanding of Quantum ERP’s architecture, modules, and integration.
  • Skilled in SQL and database management.
  • Knowledge of server environments, network architecture, and security protocols.
