Barrel of Monks Brewing
Out of our passion for beer made by monks in Belgium, was born Barrel of Monks Brewing.
We love Belgian beer! We proudly brew Belgian inspired ales to bring the taste of the old world a little closer to home at our production brewery in Boca Raton, FL. We use the finest equipment and ingredients and combine that with a deep understanding and love of Belgian ales to create finely crafted ales that pay homage to the great beers made in Belgium. Our beers are created for those who are willing to take the time to truly appreciate the look, aroma, taste, and overall experience of a fine ale. We will not compromise the quality of our products by taking shortcuts or using inferior ingredients in the effort to make money, and we believe that quality of the beer is the number one goal.
Copperpoint Brewing Company
A full production Brewery and Tap Room in Boynton Beach, FL
After a 9 month search for the perfect space, owners, Al Lettera and Matt Cox, decided on Boynton Beach for the brewery when they found a great building that was perfect for their operation. Brewmaster, Matt Cox, brews his “traditional beer styles with bold, intense flavors” and several seasonal beers that will range from 5%-12% alcohol on a 20 bbl, DME brewing system, built in Prince Edward Island. Initially utilizing 5 fermenters, (3 – 20bbl and 2 – 40bbls). Patrons can enjoy what Matt describes as “diverse beers and some experimental, out of the box styles” in a spacious, and nicely built out, air conditioned, tasting room.
Khoffner Hand Crafted Ales & Lagers
It all began in 1933 in a small town far, far away…
I‘m Rauf Khoffner. My story is different and so are my beers. I’m a third generation brewer following in my grandfather, Karl Hoffner’s footsteps, who left Germany in 1933 to brew German-styled beers in Turkey. I’m proudly reviving and using recipes dating back more than 100 years. When I’m not brewing traditional beers honoring the Reinheitsgebot, I remain true to my German roots of producing balanced, smooth and drinkable beers only with authentic and high-quality ingredients. I opened the first Khoffner craft breweries in Antalya, Turkey in 2008 and recently brought my passion to the United States to open the third Khoffner craft brewery in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl.
