ITWomen is looking forward to its participation in Columbia University Girls in STEM Program in Miami this month.
Columbia U. is holding a series of one-week summer programs in U.S. cities. The program kicked off in June in San Francisco and is coming to Miami July 18-22 at the iPreparatory (iPrep) Academy in Miami, with the support of the Miami Dolphins and the Miami-Dade school system.
ITWomen Role Model Speakers will share their career journeys and support for the girls’ futures in STEM. Columbia’s program was designed to reach rising junior and senior female students about computer science, Python programming, leadership skills, and the value of a professional network.
