ITPalooza Day 92 – What’s a “Toys for Tots Pledge Ticket” and Other Ticket Questions

Even though ITPalooza is in its 6th year, we attract a lot of first-time attendees who may not be familiar with the various ticket option on offer. So today we’ve prepared a summary for your convenience.

Eventbrite - ITPalooza 2017

Marine Toys for Tots Pledge Ticket: $35 + Toys

Each year ITPalooza donates thousands of dollars in cash, toys, and fun to local charities and non-profit groups. A primary recipient, Marine Toys for Tots, collects and distributes toys for children in need.

The toys are collected by the Toy Elves and stacked with love and pride to create the MEGA TOY WALL – a centerpiece of every ITPalooza!

for 2017 we are offering Marine Toys for Tots Pledge Ticket for the silly-low price of only $35 plus unwrapped toys to the value of $30. This is a total of $65 dollars for a fantastic day of networking, personal development, and discovery.

General Admission: $65

Attendees not wanting to participate in the Marines Toys for Tots drive and the Mega Toy Wall are encouraged to buy a General Admission ticket. This ticket offers you access to the full-day schedule with the exception of VIP and CIO Track activities.

VIP Tickets: $250

If you would like to experience ITPalooza from the lofty heights of stardom, kindly make use of the VIP ticket option. This ticket entitles you to participate in the joint CIO VIP lunch experience as well as after party, guided vendor tour and more.

CIO Only Track:

The CIO Only Track is by-invitation-only. If you are the CIO, CTO, CSIO or senior most IT Manager of your company, you are encouraged to use the ‘Apply for a ticket’ option through Eventbrite. We will verify your application and if successful, we’ll send you a private link where you can purchase your ticket.

Please note: Applying for a ticket does not grant you access to the event. You must be approved, and in possession of a valid ticket to gain access on the day of the event.

Student Tickets:

Student tickets are available to select organizations. If you would like your students to attend ITPalooza, please email executivedirector@shouthfloridatech.org and if your .edu is approved, we’ll send you a coupon code to access discounted student tickets.

Sponsors: Free tickets with certain sponsorships

Depending upon your sponsorship level, you will be given access codes that allow your booth staff and VIP guests to register with our partner Eventbrite at no cost.

Q: If I’m entitled to a free entry associated with my sponsorship, why do I need to register?

A: Everyone entering the event needs to register so that we have the information to print your attendee badge. No one will be allowed to enter without a ticket. If you arrive on the day and you are not registered, you will be required to do so at check-in. This will cause you and your fellow attendees unnecessary delays.

The Connecting Women Leaders in Technology programs is an ISACA International initiative that seeks to address the significant under-representation of women in business technology leadership roles and the tech workforce. The program aims to encourage women in technology and our allies to support and advocate for change, empower women as leaders, role models and mentors in their fields, and elevate their roles within technology.
