Klaus Leopold
Klaus is a computer scientist and Kanban pioneer with many years of experience in helping organizations from different industries on their improvement journey with Lean and Kanban. He is the co-author of the book “Kanban Change Leadership” published by Wiley in 2015. Klaus is one of the first Lean Kanban trainers and coaches worldwide. He was awarded the Brickell Key Award for “outstanding achievement and leadership” within the Lean Kanban community in San Francisco, 2014. His main interest is establishing lean enterprise agility by performing optimization beyond team level, especially in large environments from 30 to 500 people. Troy Magennis
Troy has been involved in many leading software organizations over 20 years. Most recently, Troy founded Focused Objective to build and promote forecasting and risk management tools for the software development industry. Troy has held executive positions for some of the most prominent corporations in financial (Commonwealth Bank, Equifax), travel (Travelocity.com and Lastminute.coom) and online commerce (Walmart) industries. Daniel Vacanti – CEO of Actionable Agile
Daniel Vacanti is a 20+ year software industry veteran who got his start as a Java Developer/Architect and who has spent more than 15 years focusing on Lean and Agile practices. In 2007, he helped to develop the Kanban Method for knowledge work. He managed the world’s first project implementation of Kanban that year, and has been conducting Kanban training, coaching, and consulting ever since. In 2011 he founded ActionableAgileTM (previously Corporate Kanban) which provides industry-leading predictive analytics tools and services to any organization that utilizes Lean-Agile practices. In 2015 he published his book “Actionable Agile Metrics for Predictability” that is the definitive guide to flow-based metrics and analytics. Daniel holds a Masters in Business Administration and regularly teaches a class on lean principles for software management at the University of California Berkeley.

Larry Maccherone
Larry is an industry-recognized thought leader on agile, metrics, and visualization. He currently helps a number of companies in the areas of metrics, agile development, and cybersecurity including Comcast, AgileCraft, Agility Health, and Pendo.io. Previously, Larry led the insights product line at Rally Software which enabled better decisions with data, leveraged big data techniques to conduct ground-breaking research, and offered the first-ever agile performance benchmarking capability. Before Rally, Larry worked at Carnegie Mellon with the Software Engineering Institute for seven years conducting research on cybersecurity and software engineering metrics with a particular focus on reintroducing quantitative insight back into the agile communities.

Karl Scotland
Karl helps businesses become learning organisations. Over the last 15 years he has been an advocate of Lean and Agile approaches to achieve this, working with companies including the BBC, Yahoo!, EMC Consulting, Rally Software and Cisco. During this time he has been a pioneer of using Kanban Systems and Strategy Deployment for product development, a founding member of both the Lean Systems Society and Limited WIP Society, as well as being a regular conference speaker. He was awarded the honorary Brickell Key Community Contribution Award at the 2013 Lean Kanban North America conference.
