Freedom Coders for Cuba

Freedom Coders for Cuba

All governments censor our internet access: in the USA, a bit; in Cuba, select all. Most hackathons are code competitions. Last weekend at FVI Miami, Coders fought for Freedom in Cuba. One victorious app connects Cuba to Google search capabilities, all help illuminate the dark island. The winning team was actually in Cuba, but their connection was mysteriously cut prior to their award. More info about the event found at http://heycuba.weebly.com/#register
