Our Financial Services client is looking to add an Oracle / SQL Server DBA to their team on a three to six month contract to hire and / or full time permanent basis. The client is looking to hire a DBA that will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of development and production Oracle 11g databases in a stand-alone and multi-node RAC with off-site DataGuard for disaster recovery enabled environment. The hired professional will be responsible for the creation and migration of database objects from development to QA then ultimately production following corporate change management processes. Other areas of expertise will include creating users, setting up alerts, performing backups of the repository, setting up rules, scheduling various jobs, etc.
