Our client, a giant in streaming media is looking for a Project Manager to build, manage & integrate digital assets and media content workflows.

  • Primary point of contact for Digital Asset Management (DAM) and workflow systems. FLCD of development to implementation of an end to end asset management system
  • Manage vendor selection process
  • Work closely with operations, engineering and vendors to gather requirements, build “as-is” and “to-be” processes
  • Manage project from conception to testing to release. Track and communicate project deadlines and progress
  • Manage the integration of existing media systems with the new workflow systems
  • Oversee defect identification, and associated regression and re-testing efforts

Daniel is President, CEO and co-founder of Modernizing Medicine, a company that from inception has raised three rounds of financing, the most recent round occurring in August 2013 with a $14 million investment by Summit Partners.

Since founding the company in 2010, Daniel has led his team to raise a total of nearly $30 million in funding and to hire almost 170 employees. Modernizing Medicine provides electronic medical record systems for specific specialty practices and their iPad application for improving patient interaction and healthcare outcomes has been adopted by one in four dermatologists in the nation.

An entrepreneur, Daniel has a BS in Applied Economics from Cornell University, where, as an undergraduate, he co-founded Blackboard Inc., raised over $100 million in venture capital and in 2004 helped take the company public on the NASDAQ (BBBB). In 2011, Blackboard was sold for $1.6 billion.
