Role:              Business Analyst

Seeking a Business Analyst who will act a conduit to the business owners and technology departments, The BA will be responsible for the QA of any new or changes to the applications before they are released and deployed. The BA should be able to work autonomously with little or no supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Research requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis.
  • Develop and document enterprise wide requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop user documentation and conduct training as required.
  • Be part of small or complex applications rollout to single or multi-properties.
  • Responsible for QA and release management of new and changes to applications: testing, debugging and user acceptance before planning and executing deployment into Production.
  • Develop documentation for users to install, operate and support.
  • Provide end user training.
  • Provide post implementation support and troubleshooting.
  • Analyze problems and escalate issues in a timely manner for quick resolution.
  • Act as liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Hospitality, Information Management, or Computer Science preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience as a business analyst or similar position.
  • 5+ years’ experience with Customer/Marketing Applications; including Websites, Loyalty Systems, Customer Relationship Management, and/or Campaign Management.
  • 3+ years’ experience with Agile methodology required. Working knowledge of JIRA preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Outlook).
  • Have Business Analysis skills (Analysis, Design, Testing, Process, and Documentation). Able to translate business requirements into technical requirements.

Additional Skills:

  • Hospitality industry experience preferred.
  • Business Analysts Certification preferred (either PMI-PBA or IIBA-CBAP).
  • Project Management/Coordination practices and techniques preferred.

Seeking an Analyst to provide strategic analyses and business intelligence across teams including Consumer Marketing and eCommerce. The Analyst will maintain web tracking pixels and phone tracking to ensure the accurate collection of data.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and Analyze KPI's to evaluate key business issues and drivers, build business cases and frame recommendations, and put into action.
  • Implement and maintain web tagging on all web properties
  • Work with the telecom team to create methodologies and maintain phone tracking for all marketing campaigns.
  • Develop business unit-specific dashboards to drive business decisions based on KPI's.
  • Monitors the performance of digital experiences and provides diagnostics when performance falls below expected levels.
  • Assess competitor and customer insight and trends to turn results into clear, actionable initiatives.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science or related disciplines (MBA a plus).
  • At least 2 years of working experience in web analytics
  • Experience with website analytics and testing structure/reporting experience a must.
  • Strong Understanding of e-commerce
  • In-depth and demonstrable understanding of JavaScript and HTML
  • Experience using HiConversion for A/B and multivariate testing
  • Understanding of mobile platforms and the proven ability to effectively integrate these platforms into a cohesive marketing and data strategy.
  • Project management skills
  • Consumer, retail or technology experience preferred.

Database Administrator SQL

Position:         Database Administrator SQL

Location:        Broward County

To provide daily administration and infrastructure management of SQL Development and Business Intelligence utilizing SSIS, SSAS and SSRS. Technically supporting and resolving SQL Server database incidents and requests. The Database Administrator will be working closely with the Senior SQL DBA to implement solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily maintenance and administration of the BI environments
  • Diminish the frequency and length of database failures
  • Build and provide reports in support of performance testing for the the project teams to review and provide follow up ensure support to meet SLAs
  • Plan and implement backup and recovery of Microsoft SQL Server databases
  • Control migrations of database changes through the development life cycle
  • Evaluate releases of Microsoft SQL Server and its tools, and third-party products to ensure that the enterprise is running products that are most appropriate
  • Provide technical support to application development teams
  • Troubleshoot with problems regarding the databases, applications and development tools
  • Solid understanding of MS SQL DBMS and T-SQL
  • Performs root cause analysis on failed components and implements corrective measures

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree BA/BS in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ Years’ experience with Database Administration for MSSQL Server 2008R2 and above
  • 5+ Years’ experience with administering and maintaining Microsoft Business Intelligence solutions
  • Experience with Dimensional Modeling and Data Warehouse design
  • In-depth knowledge of MS SQL Business Intelligence Stack (SSIS, SSAS and SSRS)
  • Understanding of MS SQL DBMS and T-SQL
  • Knowledge of Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA) options including failover clustering and log shipping

  • Experience driving high performing campaigns with tight deadlines.
  • Experience designing, implementing and measuring the effectiveness of high engagement nurture campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with advertising and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, AdWords).
  • Experience managing PPC, CPA, and CPC campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords, Adsense, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
