Miami’s top food-delivery startup is opening a new kitchen. You won’t be able to eat there
Miami-based REEF Technology, a combination food, real estate and technology business valued at more than $1 billion, has purchased a space in Midtown where it plans to build a commissary kitchen to satisfy local food delivery and retail orders.

REEF has gained national attention as one of the pioneers of so-called “ghost kitchens,” which involve providing food delivery options from restaurants in name only that can only be ordered from via a food delivery app.
