Qualifications
•This position requires in-depth knowledge of Microsoft's on-premises server products and networking fundamentals
•5+ years managing Microsoft on-premises infrastructure
•Expert knowledge of AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, PKI concepts and administration
•Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and AD administrative tools
•Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and documentation skills
•Ability to manage complex enterprise infrastructures end-to-end
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field

Responsibilities
•Manage and lead team by technical example in the Microsoft On-Premises Services Engineering environment.  You will support an international logistics and multimodal transportation company.  You will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting critical on-premises infrastructure services including Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Certificate Services, and Advanced Group Policy Management
•Architect and implement Active Directory forests, domains, sites, OUs, group policies, and trusts
•Manage AD schema, objects, permissions, replication, and FSMO roles
•Design group policy objects and link them to target OUs, troubleshoot policy application issues
•Configure and manage DHCP scopes, options, exclusions, and failover
•Implement and manage DNS forwarders, root hints, zone transfers, dynamic updates
•Install and configure Certificate Authorities and issue certificates for users, computers, and services
•Utilize Advanced Group Policy Management for change control, monitoring, and backup
•Identify and remediate replication issues, LDAP connectivity problems, and other AD outages
•Create documentation for AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, PKI designs and troubleshooting procedures

Responsibilities

  • Support teams with their mission and significantly contribute to the customer journey to build technical win and championship and engage with customers to ensure their success in their DevOps journey
  • Train the  community and customers about DevOps and Company’s products and represent Company in events and conferences
  • Keep current with the latest technology trends related to the DevOps landscape which will influence the features and roadmap of Company’s products based on customer needs
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, visiting customers onsite, and serving as the customer's technical point of contact
  • Act as an intermediary between sales and other technical teams to best meet customer needs
  • Build joint customer strategies with the sales partners to encourage product adoption

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure – AWS / Azure / GCP – Mandatory
  • Docker, Kubernetes, CI Server (Jenkins, TFS/VSTS), git (Github, Bitbucket, GitLab), source code repository, build tools (Maven, Gradle, npm, Docker etc.)
  • Ability to build software pipelines with Docker, npm, Java, Pypithe, etc. with various DevOps tools
  • Hands-on experience in Linux – Mandatory
  • Experience with software development in scale, both on-premise and in the cloud
  • Experience with Software Architecture design and product development a plus
  • Customer-facing experience
  • 3 years’ experience in sales/solutions engineering, technical consulting, or system integration project management for enterprise accounts is an advantage
  • Great interpersonal, team playing, customer service oriented and “can do” attitude
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher education in Computer Science/Engineering Major is preferred

Compensation: Salary $150K+ (Depending on Experience), Bonus up 15%, Equity, Great Benefits
