ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands.
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Pull reports for time tracking and bill customers accordingly.
• Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary.
• Organize office operations and procedures.
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.  
• Assist leadership in the creation of PowerPoint presentations.
• Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
• Provide general support to visitors.

They work with the development team to develop test scenarios and cases from the requirements provided by analysts and engineering leadership. They will assist with running the day-to-day operations of quality assurance testers. They will partner with program management team to ensure that defects are identified, prioritized and resolved.
