Overview
We are seeking an SAP S4 HANA Testing Workstream Manager to oversee and deliver all testing activities for a large-scale SAP S/4 transformation at a major U.S. Food and Beverage distribution and supply organization. This leader will design, coordinate, and monitor comprehensive testing cycles—ensuring quality, stability, and readiness across mission-critical business processes. Close coordination with global testing partners, delivery teams, and functional stakeholders is essential, with full accountability for testing outcomes throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities
• Direct the SAP S4 testing workstream, including development and governance of the overall test strategy, plans, scripts, and timelines.
• Plan and perform regression, end-to-end, and performance testing cycles to validate cross-functional processes and data flows.
• Leverage automation and AI-enhanced testing solutions to streamline test execution and accelerate defect identification.
• Oversee defect logging, triage, and resolution efforts in partnership with functional, technical, and offshore resources.
• Deliver consistent reporting on testing progress, defect trends, and quality metrics to program leadership.
• Manage test data preparation and maintain secure, representative testing environments for key SAP domains (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.).
• Define, enforce, and own entry/exit criteria across all testing waves, ensuring readiness for cutover and go-live milestones.
• Partner with change management and project governance teams to support risk mitigation, operational preparedness, and stakeholder alignment.
• Refine and document testing methodologies, embedding best practices and continuous improvements specific to SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of experience in SAP testing, with direct involvement in SAP S/4HANA programs.
• Strong command of SAP business process validation, including regression, E2E, and performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with automated and AI-enabled testing frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead defect management workflows, oversee execution cycles, and produce clear quality reporting.
• Understanding of test data governance and secure testing standards.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities; prior experience directing offshore testing teams is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of driving deliverables in a fast-paced project environment.

  • Manage marketing technology stack with a focus on integration, data flow, and scalability.

Qualifications

  • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub — including workflows, reporting, lead management, and automation.
