The bilingual (English and Spanish) Help Desk Support Contractor (6+ month Contract) Provides support to all personal computers related in Latin America: Operating System, Cloud & PC tools, & accounts. Also supports implementation of the Office365, PC imaging and tools. Adheres and reinforces corporate PC Support standards across the region and assists end users who are having issues with PC's and application problems.
- Roll out & maintain office365 access, support backup control and tools access.
- Identifies, resolves and follows-up issues brought to the help desk by users of personal computers (PC or Apple), servers (Service Lab).
- End user computer imaging and administration.
- May perform computer operations support, monitoring, maintenance and backup data servers and systems to ensure operational service levels are maintained.
- May have responsibility for providing installation, modification, testing and servicing on all internal/in-house.
- Software and system licensing administration.
- Mobile systems support.

- Computer imaging, tools and administration
- Knowledge of Windows and network systems and subsystems and associated operating platforms.
- Knowledge of basic LAN server technology.
- Able to work remotely if required
- Able to work overtime if required
