The Information Security Manager is a hands-on, security leadership position responsible for protecting computers, networks, systems, applications, and data against threats and vulnerabilities. The position reports to the VP of Architecture and Governance and is responsible for managing a team of information security professionals, vendors/suppliers, security tools, defenses, and controls, as well as, the management and implementation of Company Information Security Program and compliance with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and PCI DSS.

The Information Security Program framework includes four key areas of focus: 

  • Security Strategy
  • Security Planning and Management
  • Security Monitoring and Operations
  • Security Defenses and Controls

The core responsibility of the Information Security Manager is to ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of electronic data, information, host and end user systems, electronic media, and other Company and customer assets through the application and of necessary and appropriate physical, technical, and administrative controls.

The Information Security Manager will participate in the cross-function projects and initiatives to provide security assessment, direction, and approval during the planning, design, implementation, operation, and maintenance phases within the lifecycles. 

The Information Security Manager is the key person and process owner for all the activities pertaining to protecting the confidentiality and integrity of the clients, employee, and any other related business data, information, and assets. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Initiate, develop, and maintain information security policies and procedures.
  • Team Lead or Manager experience (you will be Manageing a small, 3 person team of Engineers and Analysts) 
  • Ensure security strategies are being followed, so as to meet the organizational security goals and standards.
  • Identify the security risks, coordinate and/or perform assessment of security risks, facilitate risk and security incident responses, and function as an auditor for security.
  • Document all the security policies and to promote activities and procedures to create a general awareness about the significance of security within the Company.
  • Review the security plans that have been implemented on the systems throughout the entire network of the organization, thus acting as an information security consultant.
  • Act as a liaison to business units to monitor compliance and direct the unsolved issues to the appropriate department.
  • Monitor the internal controlling systems so as to ensure accessibility whenever required by the users.
  • Provide training to the new trainees and providing a general oversight to all the business partners, employees, alliances, etc., to ensure appropriate information security clearance.

Experience in a ISO 20k, HIPAA, and PCI compliant environment
CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISSEP, CSFA, CSSLP, or CEH Certifications

As the VoIP Systems Developer, you are responsible for their list of Unified Communications VoIP products. You will not only handle New Development but also a more Modern Development, This role will regularly engage in troubleshooting telecommunications issues relating to everyday VoIP usage but also HTML, JavaScript and Application Programming Interface (APIs) to critically evaluate a problem.

Some Things You Will Be Doing:

  • Assisting in requirements gathering

  • Knowledge of Web Sockets and AngularJS and NodeJS
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Develops, implements, and maintains a Quality Assurance Program for all clients programs   
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members in strategy development and day-to-day planning and execution of Quality Assurance processes and procedures
  • Utilize Six Sigma, Lean, and other continuous improvement concepts to improve quality across varies clients
  • Strong track record of leading, managing and developing people 
  • Ensures that internal and external partners establish and maintain a Quality Assurance Programs
  • Implementation of improvement initiatives and preventative quality techniques across all call centers locations

The BI (Business Intelligence) Analyst's primary responsibility will be to provide Data Analytics and Reporting to the various functions across the organization. This includes implementing solutions for optimizing and automating existing reporting as well as leveraging Business Intelligence reporting tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, or SQL Studio to create and monitor KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and Operational Metrics.

This HR Software company using C#, .Net and SQL Technology, offers API Integrations to their new and existing clients and needs an API Integrations Specialist to take care of this on an ad-hoc, as needed basis. The average API Integration should take about 6- 8 weeks, working part time.  

The API Integration Specialist will be responsible for enabling the interaction between Data, Applications, and Devices to ensure the seamless functioning of Client Enterprise Systems.
