Growing HR Software company in Fort Lauderdale, FL is looking for a part-time, remote API (Applicaton Programming Interface) Integration Specialist to work part time on an as needed basis. 
This is an excellent opportunity for an established Contractor with a book of business that would like to take on another client for long term work assignments. This role would also be good for someone with a full time job, who could handle side work, working from home on their own schedule. 
This HR Software company using C#, .Net and SQL Technology, offers API Integrations to their new and existing clients and needs an API Integrations Specialist to take care of this on an ad-hoc, as needed basis. The average API Integration should take about 6- 8 weeks, working part time.  

The API Integration Specialist will be responsible for enabling the interaction between Data, Applications, and Devices to ensure the seamless functioning of Client Enterprise Systems. 

Required: 

  • Strong API Integration of Enterprise Systems 
  • SOAP/REST API 
  • Able to work as a Contractor at least 15-20 hours per week
  • Ideal candidate will have experience performing numerous integrations of various systems
  • HR Software experience is a plus but not required.

We have a position in Fort Lauderdale, FL for a QA Analyst with strong Manual Testing and SQL skills. 
The QA Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, design and execution of System Testing on simple to complex implementations. 

The QA Analyst works collaboratively within the IT department and business units to execute and validate Test Cases based upon system requirements. 

Required: 

  • Develop Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts and Test Reports on multiple projects of varying sizes
  • Review URD's (User Requirements Documents) to ensure requirements are testable 
  • Experience as a QA Analyst or Manual Tester

This is a client facing position so excellent communication skills are required. We are looking for a Manager with strong leadership skills who is also still very technical in the .Net environment.

  • Minimum of 6-10 years of varied systems experiences including a minimum of 2 years at management level.

The SQL BI Developer collects, organizes, and analyzes data to provide key insights to the business. This position is responsible for developing process and ETL for ongoing analysis of information, obtained from a variety of sources. 

This position involves proficiency with analytical tools, knowledge of data analysis methodologies, use of reporting and presentation software, and strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be strong in SQL Development and Business Intelligence, to include the MicroStrategy enterprise analystics and mobility platform. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Write complex queries to perform data analysis to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data
  • Identify problematic areas and conduct research to determine the best course of action to correct the data
  • Troubleshoot and research data anomalies and recommend corrective actions
  • Monitor for timely and accurate completion of data processes and scheduled jobs and troubleshoot as necessary
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • In collaboration with business owners, interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings
  • Develop graphs, reports, and presentations of project results
  • Collaborate with the database and infrastructure teams 
  • Perform basic statistical analyses for projects and reports
  • Create and present quality dashboards
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports
  • Provides timely and accurate progress information to project status reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields preferred or equivalent professional experience. 
  • 3-5 years related experience as SQL Developer or similar position.
  • MicroStrategy enterprise analytics and mobility platform.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with the T-SQL scripting/programming language, including the ability to develop, test, and debug ad-hoc queries, stored procedures, and data migration scripts.
  • Experience with Microsoft Reporting and BI Tools (SSIS, SSRS, Tableau, etc.). 
  • Knowledge of standard data modeling patterns and practices, e.g. Relational and Dimensional models.
  • Solid understanding of ETL strategies and design, (staging environments, data transformation, change data capture, slowly changing dimensions, etc.), with an eye towards delivering functional and useful solutions in a timely manner. 
  • Strong analysis, coding, testing, documenting and implementation experience in both a development and maintenance environment. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal with a diverse range of people, which includes the upper levels of corporate management
