As a Sr. Backend Engineer you will help specify, design, and develop software, as well as lead responsibility for different areas of the architecture.

This position requires a deep understanding of API integration, data integration, and general information exchange in a SaaS environment.
We need someone who can be a major contributor in a small, dynamic work environment and has a strong balance of technical and people skills.


  • Tackle some of the most challenging problems you can face developing high availability services that need to scale exponentially
  • Help evaluate and choose emerging technologies, new service protocols, and architectures, self-healing capabilities, performance and code quality tooling, etc.

We are looking for a Senior User Interface Engineer, Someone  who cares deeply about building attractive customer-facing products. The ideal candidate will not only write clean, comprehensible front-end code but have experience building fast, intuitive products. You will have a lot of autonomy to control both the front-end infrastructure as well as product influence. 


  • You will work with extremely talented, humble, and nice people on the product engineering team and across the company
  • Collaborate with our design and product teams to come up with new products that solve real problems
  • You’ll have the chance to won development of new products end-to-end
  • You will construct and refine our front-end framework to ensure that our existing code stays high-quality, fast, and scales as we grow our engineering teams.

Desired Experience

  • Have between 8-10 years of experience building web applications
  • Have between 8-10 years of building a consumer-facing product that has a very high UI/UX bar
  • Have a strong knowledge of HTML/5, CSS/3, and JavaScript frameworks, Such as; NodeJS, RequireJS, Angular/Ember/React or similar JavaScript application framework
  • Less/Sass, Gulp/Grunt, Bower
  • Some awareness of ES6

Job Functions:

  • Administer the company’s Microsoft SharePoint environment and Internet Information Services (IIS)
  • Provide training to the general community so they can become self-sufficient with regard to basic customization. 
  • Maintain security on the sites, pages and lists.
  • Configure, Develop, maintain and support custom sites, dashboards, web parts, web apps and workflows for the company’s Microsoft SharePoint environment. 
  • Use appropriate technology such as SharePoint Designer for sites, web parts, web apps and workflows. 
  • Embed Excel, SQL Server Reporting Services and other reports in dashboards.
  • Assist with the backup and recovery of information stored in the SharePoint environment.
  • Act as a business analyst to understand requirements for SharePoint sites, dashboards and workflows.
  • Gather user requirements, analyze the need presented and find the best solution for the user and the business
  • Keep current on new versions, features, and tools of SharePoint and related Microsoft technologies connected to SharePoint

We are seeking a Manager of Application Development to join our growing team on a full time/perm basis. The position reports to the Sr. VP of Systems Delivery.  The position manages a team of approximately 4 or 5 Application Developers and their work/coding. Candidates require the technical skills to assist developers with design and issue troubleshooting.  
They will also be helping with code reviews. 

  • Management – 80% of the time 
  • Coding and code reviews – 20% of the time

  • Act as the liaison between our company and the client
