We are looking for a QA Engineer to join a growing team of IT Professionals On-Site in Boca Raton, FL. This is a full time/perm position with a well established Mobile Technology Leader! 

The QA engineer is responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions, writing reusable automated tests to quickly and efficiently expand test coverage. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.)

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead quality analysis efforts across multiple projects
  • Design, develop, execute and maintain functional and integration test cases
  • Identification of test candidates for automation, implementation, execution and maintenance
  • Performance/load testing
  • Write documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, etc. as necessary
  • Analyzes and modifies development requirements to verify the resulting software meets established goals and functionality
  • Collaborate with developers to establish software development best practices failicitating testability
  • Research new development tools, libraries, methodologies and technologies

Requirements: 

  • At least seven (7) years of software testing experience including automated functional testing of web services and mobile web applications.
  • SOAP/REST API services testing experience
  • Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Rest-assured, Karate, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, related or equivalent field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Familiarity with programming concepts specifically those associated object-oriented programming languages such as Java.

Leading Managed Service provider and IBM Partner, is looking for a Remote Service Delivery BigFix Engineer to join it's growing team on a Full Time/Perm basis. 
This position is remote from home. We would highly prefer the candidate live on the East Coast.  

Service Delivery Overview:
Service Delivery installs, maintains, and provides services and support for companies IT customers (help desk and end user services, end user device management, asset management, patch management, release management, security management, desktop management, and server and storage monitoring and management).

As a BigFix Engineer, you will provide enterprise-level support for the BigFix environment. This includes installing vendor supplied patches to base operating systems, diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems. You will be expected to work hours based on the custom patch schedules for installation and rebooting of devices. This effort may be off hours/ weekends based on the customer maintenance window.

To be qualified for this role, you should hold a degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience distributing application and software packages using specifically HCL’s BigFix products.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience architecting and building enterprise solutions using Microsoft Windows Server including minimum of three (3) years of environments over 3,000 users.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows workstations with a minimum of Group Policy creation/modification/maintenance at the domain and local level, vulnerability remediation (software and configuration), application support/troubleshooting, and enterprise OS imaging; Must have experience monitoring end user hardware for vulnerabilities and compliance.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

We are looking for a Director with a strong background in Information Security, Privacy, and Compliance. The ideal candidate will have climbed the ranks as a Security Analyst, Engineer/Architect, Lead or Manager and is now at the Director or CISO level.  

This position is highly technical and involves working with the various technical groups and critical infrastructure to build effective analysis capabilities to better protect the organization from cyber-attacks and threats.

This position reports directly to the CTO. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a consolidated privacy and security program that integrates requirements across various compliance mandates, including PCI DSS, HIPAA, HITRUST and various privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
  • Actively manage the implementation of and validate adherence to security practices across the organization to comply with the various privacy law and compliance mandates.
  • Support and lead a team of security practitioners in various practices such as incident management, application security, vulnerability management, and auditing.
  • Resolve allegations of non-compliance with the corporate policies or notice of information practices.
  • Govern security-specific metrics that demonstrate the performance of the security program including reduction in program cost, reduction in security incidents, and positive independent security assessment outcomes. 
  • Report on a periodic basis to the CTO or committee regarding the status of the security and privacy program.
  • Mature the Privacy and Security program to better support the organization’s core business strategy as an enabler for driving business development initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to corporate officers regarding risk to information resources and technology. 
  • Provide leadership in the planning, design and evaluation of privacy and security related projects.
