Job Description:
We have an immediate need for a NetSuite Manufacturing Operations & Systems Analyst to help users with NetSuite Manufacturing systems configuration and business process optimization. You will work primarily with the business users in the NetSuite ERP Manufacturing module.
• Must be a SME in NetSuite Manufacturing, primarily functional with technical capabilities.
• Ability to take high level test scenarios provided by the business team and flesh out detail testing plans, understand corner test cases and execute the testing.
• Ability to analyze manufacturing data objects to identify gaps in data (e.g., BOMs), etc.
• Support the manufacturing users in testing and documentation of results.
• Work hand in hand with the Manufacturing, Finance, and IT teams to develop high-quality business strategies and plans that align with the company’s rapidly growing short- and long-term objectives.
• Ability to partner internally as a key stakeholder to optimize the growth potential and profitability of the Company through the optimization and functionality of NetSuite Manufacturing.
• Quickly grasp the Company’s key initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize business workflows and organizational success.
• Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, testing, training, defining support procedures, and leading and supporting NetSuite implementations.
• Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions accommodating unique industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements, and other business requirements.
• Configure the NetSuite system to meet the manufacturing business process flows
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during configuration sessions and provide ongoing post-implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration
• Generate standard and custom reports to provide insights into business performance
• Collaborate with department leaders to create personalized reports, saved searches, etc. that satisfy business requirements.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting analytics and reporting
• Create raw material and finished good items in NetSuite, and review and approve sales orders as needed
• Analyze data to identify root causes of problems and recommend corrective actions
• Periodic gap analysis to identify areas of improvement
• Create and maintain dashboards to monitor and track key performance indicators
• Develop a way to check/confirm that the production data is accurate (time, material, and cost) before closing a work order.
Qualifications:
• English language proficiency, Spanish a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technologies)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite Design to Build process
• 3+ years of solid Manufacturing functional experience and understanding of work orders, BOMs, routers, assemblies, inventory, etc.
• Extensive work experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines with strong organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and various other software applications.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
