Manager of Marketing Analytics

Our Downtown Miami based client is looking for a Manager of Marketing Analytics to responsible for managing small teams of analysts in the design, development and delivery of medium-sized analytics and consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects.


  • Engagement with clients to gather project specifications and management of expectations
  • Determine relevant quantitative methods for solving client’s business questions
  • Develop analytical project plan, manage day-to-day tasks, and meet project deadlines
  • Lead project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data and coordinating team meetings
  • Develop/execute project specific measurement and analysis as well as ad-hoc analysis
  • Create presentations and other deliverables to provide results, recommendations and advice to clients and other business partners in a clear, concise manner
  • Assisting with business development and proposals
  • Working independently or as part of a team, with some responsibility for managing and developing the career and skills of staff
  • Leading some learning, development and recruiting programs
  • Understanding of online marketing / digital analytics is a key factor 


Skills & Experience

  • 5 + years experience with leading marketing analytical tools,  preferably within the Marekting industry
  • Strong oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers, including Brand teams
  • Expert user of  SAS, SQL, Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Working knowledge of reporting tools such as Tableau and and Business Objects
  • Working knowledge of Web analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Omniture
  • Significant experience in hands-on optimization of digital media (search, display, email)
  • Experience creating insights and recommending campaign optimizations from digital data
  • Strong problem solving and consulting skills, self-starter, takes initiative, team player
  • Strong capability in juggling priorities so that deadlines are met while retaining consistently high quality outcomes
  • Client facing experience from an agency or consulting firm
