Our Plantation based client is looking for a NetSuite administrator for a contract to hire position.

Position Summary 

The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for supporting the newly launched NetSuite, ERP, and CRM systems as well as leading other projects as assigned. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the NetSuite, ERP, and CRM system to include researching and resolving issues, supporting requests for custom searches and reporting, assisting in outlining enhancements, and administering user access to the system
  • Supporting all NetSuite users 
  • Ability to create scripts and workflows to meet business requirements 
  • Develop, test and deploy NetSuite customizations and new functionality based on changing business needs 
  • Develop test and deploy custom application extensions using system API and third party tools 
  • Mapping existing processes and creating new/revised processes
  • User Training (Process/Systems)
  • Documenting and implementing changes
  • Monitoring the health of NetSuite processes 
  • Creating saved searches and reports 
  • All other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 plus years’ experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider
  • NetSuite integration and/or customization experience  
  • Solid experience in change management and Business Process Mapping in support and / or in conjunction with a major IT initiative
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Ability to provide alternative options to solve business problems with the system or process
  • Working knowledge of and experience using XML, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL is desirable
  • Excellent communication on both technical and non-technical contexts is required as well as working under deadlines in a fast paced environment and prioritizing competing demands
  • Working knowledge/experience with NetSuite, ERP and CRM systems
  • Ability to interact well within a team but is equally able to work independently
  • Self-motivated personality with dedication to completing duties quickly
  • Must be detail-oriented, well organized, and punctual
  • Multi-tasking is a must, with minimum supervision and be able to remain patient and calm in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to be a quick problem solver
  • Dell-Boomi integration platform is a plus
  • EDI 850 is a plus
  • NetSuite
