Our client company based in Downtown Miami is looking for a Business Analyst that will serve as a liaison between the business organization and the IT department.
- 5+ years as Business Analyst experience or similar experience.
- Excellent customer engagement skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Experience with Agile or other software delivery methodologies.
- Experience in Business Process Mapping
- Ability to travel
- Collaborating with different teams to identify and document non-functional requirements.
- Gathering and understanding business processes and user requirements, to define shape them with the business so that functional requirements can be defined.
- Communicating detailed requirements and business rules through user stories.
- Documenting existing processes, dataflow and workflows.
- Defining, developing and documenting test scripts and being a tester when applicable.
- Constancy on project management process, systems development methodology and quality standards.
- Preparing status reports, meeting minutes and presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related area is required
- Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
