We’re seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with advanced technical capabilities to join our innovative analytics team in the West Palm Beach area (hybrid onsite). If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building solutions that shape strategic decisions, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do (First 90 Days and Beyond):

• Dive into our reporting framework and quickly ramp up on existing dashboards
• Build and enhance interactive Power BI reports tailored to departmental needs
• Work closely with stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across logistics and supply chain functions
• Use Databricks and Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, DW, Data Engineering) to process, transform, and model large datasets
• Write optimized SQL queries and maintain high-performing data models in Microsoft SQL Server
• Bridge the gap between business users and technical teams—delivering real, actionable insights that improve operations

What You Bring to the Table:

• Expertise in Power BI, including advanced DAX for forecasting, calculated fields, and predictive insights
• Proven hands-on experience with Databricks and Microsoft Fabric tools
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure data services (e.g., Synapse, Data Factory)
• Advanced SQL skills for complex data extraction and performance tuning
• Ability to analyze large, complex datasets and turn them into clear business recommendations
• Excellent communication skills—you can explain tech to non-tech users with ease
• 3+ years in business analytics, data reporting, or a related role

Bonus Points for:

• Industry experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation
• Familiarity with Python or R
• Exposure to AI-driven tools (predictive analytics, OCR, NLP, or machine learning)
