The Vice President of IT Infrastructure and Services plays a crucial role in shaping the technological landscape of the organization. This position involves setting strategic direction and establishing technology standards in collaboration with the IT management team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operational Stability: Ensuring the stable operation of IT assets and services through effective planning and direction.

  • Technology Oversight: Managing all aspects of the organization’s information technology systems, which encompasses design, architecture, configuration, implementation, support, and optimization of networking hardware, software, telecommunications, and related technologies.

The Vice President of IT Infrastructure and Services will oversee a diverse team of Infrastructure and Services professionals, consultants, and vendors. This leadership role involves several key responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Develop, manage, and execute business and project plans, ensuring alignment with departmental strategies and budgets.
