An exciting European-based software company with their Americas headquarters in South Florida, is seeking multiple experienced Business Analysts to join their fast-growing organization. You can be based anywhere in the US as long as you can work East Coast hours (EST).

Ideal experience is having worked with complex enterprise-level software.

Job Function:

• Recreate workflows from scratch to tune software based on customer needs
• Responsible for the functional specifications of software implementations and & product enhancements
• Validate proposed solution functionality for existing and new customers
• Work closely with Software Engineers, other Business Analysts, Project manager, customer service, report developers and testers to come up with the best functional solution.
• You will travel regularly to customer sites in the US (estimated travel 25-30% but could be higher in some periods)

Ideal experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a BA
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with strict deadlines and customers simultaneously
• Proven ability to quickly and continuously learn new software
• Good documentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical thinker with initiative and ability to coordinate efficiently
• Can-do attitude, you are results-oriented, and think out of the box
