Bilingual Help Desk Specialist
The bilingual (English and Spanish) Help Desk Specialist (6+ month Contract to Hire) provides support to all company PC's (Operating System, Cloud & PC tools, & User Accounts)
Supports implementation of Office365, PC imaging and tools. Adheres and reinforces corporate PC Support standards across the region and assists end users who are having issues with PC's and application problems.
- Provide Office365 access, support backup control and tools access.
- Identifies, resolves and follows-up issues brought to the help desk by users of personal computers.
- End user computer imaging and administration.
- Perform computer operations support, monitoring, maintenance and backup data servers and systems to ensure operational service levels are maintained.
- Software and system licensing administration.
- Mobile systems support.
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- MS Office365
- Help Desk experience
- Computer imaging, tools and administration
- Knowledge of Windows and network systems and subsystems and associated operating platforms.
- Knowledge of basic LAN server technology.
