Order Processing Specialist
Seeking an Order Processing Specialist with Excel, Great Plains and SAP experience to join our growing Accounting and Finance Team.
- Handle multiple vendor orders and invoice accordingly.
- Process multiple invoices.
- Handle returns on products and file claims.
- Apply payments.
- Review inventory reports.
- Work with bill of ladings to insure proper documentation is computed.
- Review inventory adjustments.
- Deal with customers over the phone on a daily basis.
- High school diploma. AA degree with an Accounting background preferred.
- 2-4 years’ experience with strong data entry skills.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Experience working with Great Plains and SAP software.
- Excellent customer service skills.
