Help Desk / Network Administrator
We are looking for a Help Desk / Network Administrator to support a variety of clients on-site and our home office in Boca Raton as-needed. Our on-site clients are all in South Florida.
This is a 3+ month Contract-to-Hire opportunity. Once the position goes Full Time Perm, the salary range is 45K to 50K with excellent benefits.
This position will be supporting users with a wide range of support issues.
- Experience supporting wireless and wired networks
- Set up desktops and notebooks
- Install and monitor antivirus software
- Experience with MS Exchange, Active Directory
- Experience with Windows and Mac OS Desktops
- Experience with Android and iPhone/iPad Devices
- Support applications including Microsoft office
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Light event or presentation support such as connecting users to WiFi, projectors, etc
- Experience in a technical support role
- Industry certifications would be a plus (CCNA, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- "Can Do" attitude and ok with being on call
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills
- Must be able to speak English
