We are looking for a Senior User Interface Engineer, Someone  who cares deeply about building attractive customer-facing products. The ideal candidate will not only write clean, comprehensible front-end code but have experience building fast, intuitive products. You will have a lot of autonomy to control both the front-end infrastructure as well as product influence. 

Responsibilities

  • You will work with extremely talented, humble, and nice people on the product engineering team and across the company
  • Collaborate with our design and product teams to come up with new products that solve real problems
  • You’ll have the chance to won development of new products end-to-end
  • You will construct and refine our front-end framework to ensure that our existing code stays high-quality, fast, and scales as we grow our engineering teams.

Desired Experience

  • Have between 8-10 years of experience building web applications
  • Have between 8-10 years of building a consumer-facing product that has a very high UI/UX bar
  • Have a strong knowledge of HTML/5, CSS/3, and JavaScript frameworks, Such as; NodeJS, RequireJS, Angular/Ember/React or similar JavaScript application framework
  • Less/Sass, Gulp/Grunt, Bower
  • Some awareness of ES6
  • Server side rest API such as ASP.Net, ExpressJS, RoR
  • D3 JS or similar data visualization libraries
  • Web Components
  • Care equally about code quality and product quality
  • Believe in simple code over clever code

Would be a plus

  • Experience in full-stack engineering is a plus!
