Help Desk Technician- Nights
One of our premier clients in Delray Beach is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide first line support for customer service requests.
This position is for weekday night shift, Mon-Fri 9pm to 6am with a salary range of 45K to 55K depending on skill set and experience.
Some responsibilities include:
Resolving printing issues
Application installation and updates
Windows and Office updates
At least 2 years Help Desk experience
Server 2008/2012 administration and troubleshooting
Exchange 2010/2013 administration and troubleshooting
Basic VMware vSphere 5.x+ administration skills
Network monitoring/management via SNMP, WMI, NetFlow, etc.
Veeam Backup and Restore v7.x or higher
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to produce and maintain technical documentation
Certifications Desired (not required):
VMware VCP5 or higher (DCV, VBCA, DR)
Cisco CCNA (Route/Switch) or higher
