Help Desk Specialist
Job Title: Help Desk Specialist
Location: Miami, FL
Job Type: Contract 4 – 6 months
SherlockTalent is looking for an energetic help desk specialist that will be responsible to providing support to our client’s external users as it relates to the website. Ideal candidate must have the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both orally and in writing and must have the ability to identify problems and develop sound technical and business solutions to users.
- Providing first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
- Effectively respond to help desk calls, email and website feedback on a daily basis within four (4) business hours
- Properly escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Use Help Desk logging software to track response and resolution times
- Provide monthly report on performance
- Track responses to ensure issues are resolved
- User setup and maintenance for all users
- Coordinate with staff and third parties for significant events that might need additional help desk support, such as new web functionality deployments.
- Good attitude towards all issues presented by users
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service capacity or a minimum of 2 years of college
- Strong working experience with stakeholders, internal and external, at all level of an organization
- Must have a full grasp of Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point
- Experience help desk ticketing software
