Kevin McCarthy – Co-founder, Blind Spots Leadership Development Group
Kevin will introduce you to the BlindSpot Zone as he shares his story of spending 33 months in federal prison for a crime he didn’t knowingly commit along with lessons learned. You will learn the three major categories of blind spots that influence decisions and behaviors, and Kevin will explain why transformation caused by technology may make these blind spots more relevant than ever.
