Director of Marketing — South Florida (Healthcare Tech)
A fast-growing healthcare technology company is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead both B2B revenue generation and national consumer brand strategy. This high-impact, player-coach role reports directly to the CEO and oversees marketing for a regulated medical therapy device sold to healthcare providers, along with a consumer brand that drives patient awareness and demand.
The position owns two core pillars: provider acquisition pipeline growth and consumer category awareness. Responsibilities include leading inbound demand generation, segmented outreach campaigns, sales enablement development, trade show systems, referral marketing, and paid media oversight. The role also requires building structured reporting dashboards, aligning marketing closely with sales leadership, and managing agencies and content strategy across digital channels.
The company operates with an AI-enabled workflow culture, and the ideal candidate must use AI daily for content creation, campaign development, analytics, and rapid prototyping while ensuring compliance within a regulated healthcare environment.
Candidates should have 5+ years of B2B marketing experience supporting sales-driven organizations, strong ownership of pipeline metrics, hands-on execution capability, and familiarity with CRM/automation platforms (HubSpot preferred). Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated marketing is a plus.
This onsite South Florida role offers a base salary of $140K–$170K, bonus potential, and total compensation around $220K.
