Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the ServiceNow request pipelines, including management of new project requests, enhancements, and production support issue resolution
- Manage ServiceNow Development team tasks, utilization, and prioritization
- Support ServiceNow SDLC – including scoping, design, implementation, UAT, user training, and value realization. Support release management and scheduling activities.
- Effectively communicate with ServiceNow Users and stakeholders and manage administration responsibilities, access, and restrictions
- Apply problem-solving techniques to resolve issues and perform regular risk management activities
- Manage project budget, invoicing, and platform-related expenses as needed
- Keep up to date with ServiceNow-related updates and upgrades to ensure platform capabilities are current. Facilitate regular retrospectives with the project team.
- Have a high degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
Requirements:
- Experience with ServiceNow Administration and/or Development preferred
