Shelley Mosley is a Healthcare Client Solutions Executive in the General Business area of IBM. Shelley focuses on identifying overall solutions to meet healthcare clients’ business needs. Shelley has 20+ years of healthcare and public policy experience. Since 2000, Shelley has led clinical transformation and EMR projects at large Integrated Delivery Networks in both the US and Canada. Since joining IBM in 2006, Shelley led a team through clinical transformation and EMR install for a client of 17,000 staff and 2,700 physicians. Prior to joining IBM, Shelley spent six years as the Director of Trillium Health Centre’s Project Management Office (PMO) leading both the enterpirse PMO and the PMO for Trillium’s $100M Transforming Healthcare into Integrated Networks of Knowledge (THINK) initiative of 43 IT-enabled projects. This included oversight of all projects to ensure delivery through the fostering of project management best practices and methodologies. Earlier in her career, Shelley spent 11 years with the Ontario Public Service, primarily with the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. In a regional management role, Shelley guided health systems management for a population of 1M with lead responsibility for over $900M in annual base funding for institutions and providers. She worked with all health system stakeholders to build an integrated health system, where each provider supported the goals of appropriate and efficient patient care in the right setting at the right time.
