Mark DeMeo is currently Sr. Vice President, Consulting at AAJ Technologies. During Mark’s tenure as CIO at Tracfone Wireless the company grew from $800 million to over $6 Billion in revenue and expanded from one brand to eight brands. Mark’s first company merged with the Revere Group, and provided consulting and enterprise architecture to clients such as AC Nielsen, Budget Rent A Car, Wrigley, Baxter, Harley Davidson, Duke Energy, Bank of America, Nestle NA and Union Carbide.

Dave Noderer is CEO / President and founder of Computer Ways, Inc., a Microsoft Partner. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology with graduate and continuing education courses from University of Rochester and Northeastern University. He spent over 20 years designing multiprocessor computers, writing microcode and managing projects before starting Computer Ways, Inc. in 1994.

Nizar Khalife is the Lead Instructor for Ironhack in Miami. Nizar has been writing code for a living for almost 10 years. Prior to Ironhack, he has led projects for brands such as PlayStation, Samsung and Lexus and enjoys sharing his knowledge at local conferences and meetups. Now he teaches coding full-time at Ironhack. Nizar was raised in Puerto Rico and enjoys video games, films and manga.

Jose Rosario is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry.  In his current role as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at The GEO Group he provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment that supports a 20,000+ strong work force.

Auston Bunson is a Lead Instructor at the Wyncode, Wyncode’s mission is to immerse ambitious individuals in an inspiring and demanding learning environment engineered to develop successful coders with business acumen. He is a self-taught programmer & the former CTO of 1Sale.com as well as the founder of SuperConf one of the first tech conferences to happen in Miami where companies like LiveNinja & CodeSchool launched.

Sari Kulthm has a Master of Science in Electrical engineering and is the Manager for Tech Educations Programs at Miami Dade College’s innovative hub, The Idea Center. Previously, Sari Has taught programming, microprocessors, and electronics courses at the engineering school of Miami Dade College. He is now also the Lead Instructor for the establishment of CS50x Miami, the local chapter of the flagship Harvard University introduction to computer science training program for entry-level tech job placements. In partnership with LaunchCode, he built a successful local support structure for the program to include lectures, sections, coding hours, and events, all aimed at exposing the unique culture to all Miami Dade College campuses and the greater South Florida community. His expertise in computer science and excellence in education, offers the best technical and creative capabilities needed for the next generation of software developers.
