What will you do? Oversee Intranet and digital internal communication channels. You'll be responsible for the management and maintenance of the site and communities. In addition to management of our community forum, you will also oversee our major face to face employee forums (Spaces & Groups).

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Actively seek support and community member involvement

  • Flag to senior management and respond to online discussions or inquiries that should receive a response from the organization

  • Provide ongoing leadership to customers or members using the Intranet organization web site

  • Track and report on site activity, proactively offer solutions based on reporting  

  • Manages the collaboration platform, working with SME’s

  • Manages collaboration platform working directly with the vendor

  • Coordinate as project leads any upgrades/changes to the collaboration platform.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with online communities/social networking companies or sites

  • Experience with Jive a plus

  • Keen understanding and awareness of Intranet trends

  • Minimum of five years experience as a website project manager.

  • Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)

  • Proven ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams

  • Effective written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, be a strong proactive team player

  • Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor

  • Ability to quickly respond to management and end user requests

  • Ability to understand corporate culture and style guidelines to ensure appropriate web design and architecture

  • Ability to market, sell and promote participation in the community
