Our Miami based client is looking for highly motivated candidates for Business Development Management positions to generate revenue from licensing our clients’ technology to commercial partners. The successful candidate(s) will identify opportunities and develop relationships and licenses with potential business partners that may also become strategic investors. The Business Development staff will play a significant and influential role in the strategy and growth of their business sector and must be experienced with energy applications and markets, negotiations, and contract development and execution. The Business Development staff will assist in the success-based expansion including set up and operation of regional and international offices.
*Requires at least 5 years technology licensing experience.
*A proven track record of identifying key partners in strategic verticals and closing deals.
*Legal licensing experience and formal training preferred.
*An MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
*Heavy-duty and light duty vehicle global industry knowledge and electric vehicle global supply chains a strong plus.

*Results-oriented person with a strong sense of urgency and drive for closure; able to position, prioritize and execute multiple, competing demands and tasks.
*Creative and critical intellect with a "what if "openness to new ideas; works with the internal team and outside advisors to generate ideas and opportunities and turn them into actionable plan and successful results.
